Using ProgressCRM with Word

This course also applies to earlier versions of ProgressCRM know simply as Progress.

Why attend?

This course is ideal for those that would like to be able to produce Mail Merge documents automatically using ProgressCRM.

Before attending

You’ll need to have attended the Introduction to ProgressCRM course, Query and have a basic understanding of Word. It would be useful for those attending the course to have at least some configuration access within ProgressCRM.

On the day

The course will familiarise you with concept of mail merge and give you a run through of how you can:

  • Create Mail Merge Templates
  • Link templates to ProgressCRM
  • Create a Data Source using ProgressCRM
  • Create bulk emails
  • Send one off letters/emails to contact
  • Add documents to contact history
  • Automatic Acknowledgements

Once you have completed this course you will be able to use ProgressCRM to produce Mail Merges with confidence.
