Standard or Enterprise?
The Standard edition is for mid-market organisations who want the power of ProgressCRM but don't want to pay for functionality they will not need. Therefore, the core system provides the commonly used functions, and optional modules and add-ins can be selected to complete the picture at an affordable price for medium-sized charities:
- Capacity of up to 200,000 contacts and can be used by up to 20 users simultaneously (on the Windows interface)
- Based on the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard edition
- Upgradeable to ProgressCRM Enterprise for extra performance and scalability
The Enterprise edition is for larger organisations where there will be at least 20 concurrent Windows users and up to 10 million contact records (with their associated histories), and is bundled with the full range of integration capabilities.
- Includes:
- a single processor license for the Web Service interface kits
- a single processor license for the Browser interface
- a 20 concurrent user license for the Windows interface
- Capacity of up to 10 million contacts and can be used by hundreds of users simultaneously (hardware platform permitting)
- Based on the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Enterprise edition - greater scalability and power
Special editions
Special editions provide solutions that have been shaped especially for certain types of organisation, and include:
- International edition - ProgressCRM, bundled with the localisation add-ins to provide a scalable, standardised CRM platform for international organisations
