
ProgressCRM, developed by ASI Europe, was rated no.1 among suppliers who serve charities with greater than £1m in turnover.
Progress CRM was rated higher in "ease of use", "% who would recommend", and "overall rating" than both Raiser's Edge by Blackbaud and CARE by Iris.

Now in its third year, the Civil Society CRM Software Survey attracted the participation of 208 organisations. Half of these have an annual income of between £1m and £10m, while the other half is split between those in the <£1m income bracket (34 per cent) and the £10m+ income bracket (16 per cent).
