Improved technical support for customers

Now with over 180 customers for ProgressCRM and Helplinepro, the company is determined to ensure that the support team keep well ahead of its customers' needs. So Fisk Brett's Support Team has just grown - and has gained its own dedicated manager - Mark Lawrence.  Working with Mark are Linda, Ginny, Paul and Ali.
