Cotswold Care Hospice selects ProgressCRM

Cotswold Care Hospice's mission is to maximise the quality of life of its patients, their families and carers living with life-threatening illnesses in Gloucestershire. It continually strives to refine and develop its services in order to offer quality, choice and accessibility. When the Hospice needed to upgrade its fundraising database, it selected ProgressCRM from Fisk Brett.

"It's a very exciting time for Cotswold Care Hospice as we move into our new purpose built premises in May - a hospice fit for the 21st Century that will lead the way in palliative care provision for the county of Gloucestershire" said Head of Fundraising Peter Rowbottom. " After a successful Capital Appeal raising over £2.4million to date, the challenge now begins to secure regular and sustainable funds from the local community that we serve and it is crucial that we review our business processes which includes our contact relationship management."

All of Cotswold Care Hospice's services are provided free of charge and as it is not part of the NHS it has to raise over £1.4million each year to cover its running costs. ProgressCRM fundraising database will enable the hospice to manage all its supporters, campaigns and appeals in order to help achieve this.

Cotswold Care Hospice also runs the annual Light up a Life Appeal (LUAL). "LUAL has gone from strength to strength" explained Hospice Events Manager Vicki Hayward. "We raised over £18,500 last Christmas and we're sure that ProgressCRM and its Light up a Life module will help us achieve even greater income in future festive seasons."
