Advanced Solutions International (ASI), the leading global provider of web-based software for associations and non-profits, announced today (11 August 2009) its continued dominance in the association software market.
According to the 2009 Association Management System (AMS) Association Market Study conducted by Lehman Associates, the company leads in market share with 40 percent, more than three times greater than the nearest competitor, and ranks highest among major AMS vendors in implementation experience.
Respondents from national and international associations were asked to provide information on their current use of AMS technology, purchasing process, upgrade factors and implementation experience, as well as product satisfaction levels.
"This is the fourth year we have conducted this study," said Tom Lehman, president, Lehman Associates. "As the marketplace for AMS products continues to evolve, associations' technology purchasing decisions are more critical than ever before. We believe the study results will enable associations of all budget sizes to make the most strategic AMS software choices for their organisations."
The study showed that ASI's software led other major AMS vendors in the following areas:
- Meeting expectations for time to implement
- Meeting expectations for cost to implement
- Meeting expectations for ease of implementation
- Meeting expectations for performance after implementation
"Evaluating and implementing AMS software is a daunting task for associations," said Bob Alves, chairman and CEO, ASI. "In the current economic climate it is more important than ever for associations to be able to control the cost, time, and complexity of an implementation project. The 2009 AMS Association Market Study validates our unique approach of setting realistic expectations and then delivering what we promise."
