ASI reports a successful 2009

Advanced Solutions International (ASI), the largest, privately owned global provider of web-based software for member and donor-based non-profits, announced nearly 300 organisations invested inĀ ASI software solutions in 2009, a year non-profits turned to technology as a strategic investment to prepare for growth in 2010.

"ASI Europe had a great year" said Niroo Rad, CEO of ASI Europe. "We held our first combined annual ASI Discovery Day for both ProgressCRM and iMIS users. This London conference in October saw more than 125 customers, business partners, and senior ASI staff networking together.

"The NiUG International iMIS users group increased membership and launched a new chapter in Europe too". NiUG International, the largest independent, volunteer-run user's group in the non-profit software industry, also held five successful conferences worldwide, launched a social network (using iMIS Social Networking), a career center, and a certification program for iMIS users.

Other highlights:

  • ASI achieved a 14% increase in software license revenue and continues to increase profitability. Nearly 300 organisations invested in iMIS 15 in 2009.
  • ASI released version 15.1 of the market-leading iMIS software system : With this release iMIS is the only product that combines database and web content management functionality in a single system. This ground-breaking evolution allows you to easily mix and match web content with iMIS functionality to provide members, donors, staff, and other users a unique web experience.
  • ASI was rated No.1 for customer satisfaction by an independent survey. ASI was ranked first in time to implement, cost to implement, ease of implementation, and post-implementation performance in an independent survey, by Lehman Associates, of associations with more than $2 million in revenue. The survey also confirmed ASI's leadership position in the association market, with a nearly 40% market share while the nearest competitor had only 13%.
  • ASI received two major industry awards for services. ASI was awarded a certification for excellence in services by the Service Strategies Corporation (SSC) and achieved Microsoft Gold Partner status recognising expertise with Microsoft technologies.
