"ASI's mission is to keep our customers for life and to help them achieve great things through innovative solutions," said Niroo Rad, ASI Europe CEO and Managing Director. "We're delighted to recognise the difference our customers make in the world and proud to be able to support their efforts."

Introducing the event, which attracted over 120 delegates representing charities, associations and partners from across the UK and Europe, Niroo Rad emphasised the importance of respecting customers' missions and the vital role that the work of not-for-profit organisations play in the global economy. He highlighted the recent growth of the ASI Community with the addition of new customers and partners and the company's expansion across Europe.

ASI Europe's Discovery Day 2010 included interactive streams designed for users of both its iMIS and ProgressCRM solutions. Speakers included representatives from the independent, volunteer-run user groups NiUG Europe and the ProgressCRM ‘Community' Product Advisory Council (PAC) as well as customers from the Scripture Union and charities Epilepsy Action and Gingerbread.

"I've picked up some really valuable tips and ideas, particularly around Major Giving, which will help with our fundraising " said, Jean Jones, Head of Fundraising at The Leprosy Mission "We made some useful new contacts and met old friends. We're particularly interested in contributing to the development of ProgressCRM through the Community. Overall, a very worthwhile day."

The event was supported by ASI's business partners AFD Software Ltd, @maze consulting, Computer System Innovations, (C) Systems, LLC, Cubik, Fisher Technology, Orbis Software and Purple Vision.
