ASI Europe is a great place to work- official!

Advanced Solutions International (ASI) has been named one of the 20 best places to work in the UK by the Great Place to Work Institute's 2011 survey. Receiving this accolade puts not-for-profit specialist, ASI, among the ranks of more commercially focussed leading workplaces.

Niroo Rad, CEO and Managing Director, ASI Europe, together with six staff members, accepted the prestigious award on behalf of ASI at the UK's Best Workplaces Awards Ceremony, which took place at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London, on Wednesday 25th May 2011.

Rad commented: "ASI is honoured to be named one of the UK's Best Small Workplaces in 2011. This accolade confirms ASI's continued commitment to ensuring an open and positive global workplace environment that supports the acknowledgement of excellent work and the best interests of every staff member."

A testimony to its emphasis on maintaining a great place to work despite global economic difficulty, ASI has been rewarded for its leading approach to flexible working and outstanding dedication to staff recognition and wellbeing. ASI has worked exclusively with associations and charitable organisations for 20 years. It proudly consists of motivated and passionate employees who believe in the not-for-profit organisations with which they work to help them achieve great things through innovative solutions for their members and donors.

With numerous initiatives to support staff, ASI has been highlighted for its unique and motivational recognition program, rewarding values and allowing employees to nominate exemplary colleagues; its exceptional commitment to maintain work-life balance, with the majority of staff taking advantage of flexible hours and remote working; its promise to ensure the wellbeing of workers with gym membership subsidies and weight loss programs; and its open and honest systems of communication with staff based on trust.

"On behalf of everyone at Great Place to Work, I congratulate all our winners for their outstanding achievement in being ranked one of the UK's Best Workplaces for 2011," said Tom O'Byrne, Chief Executive, Great Place to Work Institute UK. "It is particularly good to see the success of so many smaller organisations in the Best Small Workplaces category which reflects the importance of SMEs to our economy.

"To put our winners' achievements into context, out of the thousands of organisations around the world who take part every year in a Best Workplaces Programme, these UK organisations have been recognised as one of the Best. Their success is a testimony to their organisation's leadership and the support of everyone who works there - indeed what employees think and feel about their workplace makes a significant contribution to the overall results."
